Additionally, my spontaneity nature helps me in taking initiatives and act instantly according to the current situation. This nature of me makes me reliable for others, as they can depend on my instincts and me. I am extremely trustworthy in nature due to which others find me reliable. Other people can trust me with their tasks, as they have a firm belief on me that I would maintain their secret as well as c omplete their task appropriately. I am extremely team-oriented that makes me think and work by considering the perspectives of all the individuals working within the team. Due to this nature, I am able to consider the perspectives of all the members by keeping personal agenda aside thereby, resolving conflicts between others. My responsible nature also makes others believe in me with their requirement. However, my moody nature sometimes makes me flustered on others due to which lack of communication occurs. In certain instances, my moody nature prohibits or restricts others from communicating and interacting with me easily. My moody nature highlights other behavioural traits within me such as dominating, stubborn, loose-tongued and strict that restricts others from interacting with me. Due to my weakness, other tend to be hesitant in approaching me in some need.
